We all have distinct signs by which we all know that one thing doesn’t really feel proper. For some individuals, it may be extreme loneliness and a way of deep unhappiness, whereas for some individuals it may be the sense of irritation. “We all have different behaviours that will indicate to us that something is not right or that we don’t feel good within ourselves. When we offer ourselves the space to reflect on these behaviours we can step in to manage the behaviours before it gets to a crisis or we are burnt-out,” wrote Therapist Lalitaa Suglani.
